Painted Hills Golf Club

Painted Hills is one of the most historic courses in Kansas City. Its late owner, Jug McSpaden was one of the most colorful golfers on the PGA tour. Jug is one of the infamous "Gold dust twins" with his buddy, Byron Nelson and became quite a success on the senior tour in the '70's and '80's.

Painted Hills is an 18-hole public golf course featuring gently rolling tree lined fairways and beautifully contoured bent grass greens.

Originally opened for play in 1928, the course recently (2002) underwent a complete redesign and renovation including the addition of bentgrass fairways by renowned course architect, Craig Schreiner.
