PURCHASING ROUNDS
   
  New 2010 Package Card - How do I get one?
    When you make your first purchase in 2010 (or today), we'll automatically send you a new 2010 package card with your round(s) on it. That will be your card for the year, and you can add rounds to that card for the rest of the year.
   
  Do I need a card before I purchase rounds?
    No! The first time you purchase rounds of golf from us, we will automatically send you a new 2010 Package Card. There is no need to get a card first.
   
  How do I receive the rounds I've purchased?
    When you make your first purchase, we send you a card via US Mail from our headquarters in Idaho. Shipment takes 2-3 days to most areas. In addition, while your order is processed and your card is created, an email will be sent to you with your card number and security code, which can be used to redeem your rounds of golf at the golf course until your card arrives. To Use the numbers from the email, simply press the CODE button on the Golf Rewards terminal at the golf course.
   
  Can I use purchased rounds before I receive my card?
    YES! When we issue you a card, we will send you an email with your card number and security code. You can take this information to the course, press the "CODE" button on the touch terminal, and log-in with the information provided in the email.
   
  What days and times can I use the rounds I purchase?
   

All rounds sold on this site are valid:
Monday - Thursday -- anytime
Friday - Sunday -- after 1:00 p.m.
All Rounds include Green Fee & Cart
Not valid for holiday or tournament play

   
  Can I buy a card for friends or or as a gift?
    Yes.

    No, the Rewards function and Package purchases are not related to each other.

ADDING MORE ROUNDS TO YOUR CARD
   
  How do I add rounds to my card?
    Select the rounds and/or packages you want, then click the checkout button. Enter your card number and security code to log-in, and ensure your rounds are added to your current card.
   
  How soon after I add rounds to my card can I use them?
    Purchased rounds will immediately appear on the Golf Deals Website, but they may not be available for redemption at the course FOR 4 HOURS due to computer update times.
   
  How do I find out what rounds are left on my card?
    Go to www.2020GolfDeals.com and enter your 9-digit card number in the space provided.

REDEEMING ROUNDS AT THE COURSE
   
  How do I use the rounds after I've purchased them?
    Here's a video showing exactly how the rounds are redeemed in the pro shop.

When you get to the golf course, find the Golf Rewards terminal located on the pro shop counter and swipe your Golf Package card. The terminal screen will display how many pre-paid rounds you have at that course on your card. Let the attendant know you'd like to redeem your package round. Every other time you use the card from now on, just swipe your card, the attendant will deduct a round, and you're off to the driving range or the first tee. That's it!
   
  After I purchase a card or add rounds, how long before I can use them?
    Immediately following your purchase, you will receive an email with your Card Number and a Security Code. These can be used to log-in at the course 4 hours after your purchase. Please note, if the internet connection between the course and our server is not operating correctly, you will be notified in your email and the rounds may not be available for up to 48 hours. We monitor this activity 3 times each day to ensure minimal delays. We will then send your Package Card via US Mail from Idaho. Shipment time is 2-3 days to most areas. After you receive your card, additional rounds can be added immediately to your card, and will be available for use within 24 hours.
   
  What is included in a Package Round purchase?
    All Package rounds include greens fee and cart. Some courses may request a small fee for GPS service, but it is the same fee as if you were a full paying customer.
   
  Do I still have to make a teetime?
    Yes, Call the golf course and make your reservation as normal. The only difference is that when you arrive in the pro shop, you will swipe your card or enter your card number instead of paying.
   
  How many rounds can be used in one visit?
    Up to four rounds can be redeemed in one day at one course.
   
  Can others use my Package card?
    Yes, although your card is registered, the rounds on the card can be used by anyone.
   
  When do package rounds expire?
    Check the back of your card for expiration date.

REFUNDS
   
  If necessary, can I get a refund?
    We will gladly refund the value of any unused package rounds of golf for 60 days from purchase. In the unlikely event that a golf course discontinues the Golf Rewards program after your purchase, refunds will only be issued to buyers who purchased rounds in the last 30 days. Purchases made more than 30 days in advance will not receive a refund. NOTE: Purchases made within 60 days of a round's expiration date are ineligible for refunds.
   
  How are refunds calculated?
    Here's how the refund is calculated. If you don't use any of your purchased rounds, you will get 100% of your purchase price refunded. If you use one or more rounds of golf from your package(s), we will pro-rate your refund based on the full price green fee w/ cart at the courses your played. For instance, if you bought a package with 4 rounds of golf and only used 2 of them, we would add the full price (rack-rate) green fees + cart for those 2 courses, subtract that total from the price you paid us for the 4 round package and refund you the difference.

    You have two options: 1. send email to pkghelp @ golfrewards.net . You will receive an automatic response with a copy of this FAQ, and a link to email our support department. 2. Call us at 208-938-2520.

ORDERING

When you order rounds of golf, you have two options.
-- If you already have a Golf Package card as shown to the right, you may add your purchase to that card. The rounds will be available for use within 24 hours.
-- If you do not yet have a card, we will mail you a Golf Package card within 1 business day. This card will already have your purchased rounds loaded.

Our home office is in Boise, Idaho. All Package Cards will be mailed within 24 hours from Boise via First Class Mail. Most packages arrive within 2-3 business days.

AT THE COURSE

When you get to the golf course, find the Golf Rewards terminal located on the pro shop counter and swipe your Golf Package card. The first time you use your card, the terminal will ask you to enter your name and email address in case you lose your card. The terminal screen will then display how many pre-paid rounds at that course you have on your card.

All rounds include green fee and cart. Some courses may request a small fee for GPS fees, but it is the same fee as if you were a full-paying customer.

Once your card is registered, you now login quickly with just a swipe of the card, the pro shop staff will deduct 1 round from your card, and you are on your way to the driving range or the first tee!

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

If you load additional rounds on to your Package Card, these rounds will immediately appear on the Golf Rewards website, BUT they will not be available for redemption at the course for 24 hours due to computer update times.

Although your card is registered, the rounds on the card can be used by anyone.

You may redeem multiple rounds from the same card at the same course on the same day.
